Method of Cooking Smoke Mani Rice

1. Clean the rice for few times and soak it in the water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the clean rice and set it at the side for about 10 minutes.
3. Heat up the cooking oil or olive oil in the cooking pot under medium heat. Add the clean Garlic and saute till it is nice golden color. Add the slice Green Cillies, after that add 1 number small dice Onion and keep on sauteing the garlic, onion and green chilli.
4. Add Chef Ammar Mandi Spices 2 tablespoon for 1 kg Basmathi Rice, saute for about 2 minutes and then add 4 cups of water season with salt and then stir all together and keep it under high heat till the water is evaporated. Then reduce the heat to the minimum or till the rice is cooked.
5. Add the egg yellow coloring or Saffron Powder, then add the Ghee.
6. Turn off the heat and let sit at the side for about 10 minutes and serve.
